BEER BOTTLES nei luoghi pubblici international design competition was started to collect creative solutions for the problem of glass bottles left and broken in public meeting areas . The competition is part of a design research project whose objective is to individuate scenarios, products and services that tackle social and environmental degradation in the public squares, and induce to sustainable behaviours. The competition focused on San Lorenzo Columns area in Milan.
The international jury of the competition selected the following porjects:
1st _ Bin.Ball _ by Alexey Chugunnikov, Daria Svirid and Alexander Trofimenko from Russia

Alexey Chugunnikov was born in 1976. He studied from 1993 to 1999 at Saint-Petersburg Academy of Art and Industry. He works in the field of Industrial Design, and is a member of the Russian Union of Designers. www.chugi.ru Daria Svirid was born in 1984. She studied Industrial Design at Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Art and Design. Co-founder of the design-studio “Mojorno”. Since 2008 is a member of the creative team “GraphGirafie”. She has experience in industrial, graphic and interior design. Alexander Trofimenko was born in 1976. He graduated in 2005 from Saint-Petersburg State Academy of Art and Design, the Department of Design. He works in the field of Industrial Design.

Giulio Carra is an architect. He studied in palermo, and in 2008 moved to milano to specialize in interior design. Interested in architecture, product, graphic and interior design, he always follows the way of serendipity in research method and life style. Avoiding linear and usual paths, he walks on unusual ways continually in evolution.
